Regarding experiences with the paranormal, my wife and I were sitting in the living room one afternoon and heard a sound on the stairs as if someone was quickly walking down them. As we looked, we saw a solid black shape walk down the last few steps onto the landing, use the post on the stair railing to grab and pivot, turning and running down the hallway. This happened really quick and we both saw it. I was so convinced that there was an intruder in the house, that I grabbed a baseball bat and checked every room. I even checked to see if an intruder had escaped out the back door and ran down the street, but nothing. We found nothing!
