I invite you to explore and bookmark my links page and notes page. On Substack, “notes” is kind of like Twitter. It’s social media. I will post thoughts, scriptures, etc. just like on Twitter (btw I have a Twitter @dain_deutschman).

The links page will grow over time. I currently have links in the following categories: Ancient Texts, Biblical Studies, Literature, Podcasts, Blogs, Ministries & Schools. Please feel free to suggest any links that you think would be a good addition to the page. Here is a sampling:

• The Leon Levy Dead Sea Scrolls Digital Library - the Dead Sea Scrolls are accessible here in digital form! Fascinating!

• Dr. Michael Heiser’s Website - contains a wealth of Biblical Studies information, the Naked Bible Podcast, book lists, research topics, the Naked Bible Blog, and articles on fringe topics like UFOs and the supernatural. Completely searchable. Very interesting site that is mostly based around the Divine Council Worldview.

• Best Commentaries is a website that lists the best commentaries related to Biblical studies. It categorizes them by pastoral and/or technical and by NT, OT, Author, Life, etc. It’s more than just commentaries. It’s monographs as well. It’s where I go to assess whether or not to purchase a particular book.
